How much does it cost to rent the luxury trailer?
Rental pricing for our 3-stall luxury trailer is dependent on the event location and duration. We offer competitive, all-inclusive quotes with no hidden fees. Contact us for a quote tailored to your venue and specific guest count.
How does delivery and setup work?
We handle the complete installation process. We require a level, stable surface and clear truck access. We'll consult with you early in the planning process to ensure the location is optimal for both aesthetics and functionality.
How do you ensure cleanliness?
Prior to every arrival, each trailer undergoes an exhaustive professional cleaning and sanitization process. We guarantee an immaculate, fresh-smelling environment for your guests from start to finish.
Is your restroom trailer ADA compliant?
At this time, our 3-stall restroom trailer is not ADA compliant. It does require steps to enter and may not accommodate wheelchairs or certain mobility needs.
We always want all guests to feel comfortable and included, so we recommend arranging an additional ADA-compliant restroom if your event requires accessible accommodations. We’re happy to help guide you toward options if needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. Your date is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due in full 30 days prior to your scheduled event date.
In the event of a cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be responsible for 100% of the total rental fee.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
How far in advance should I reserve?
For peak wedding and event dates between May and September, we recommend booking 6 to 12 months ahead. Our 2026 calendar is now open—reserve your dates soon to guarantee availability for your special day.
How many people can your trailer accomodate?
Our 3-stall restroom trailer is ideal for events with approximately 50–150 guests, depending on event duration and usage frequency. We’re happy to help you determine the best fit for your event.
Do you service areas outside Snohomish County?
Unfortunately, we currently only serve Snohomish and Skagit Counties.
What is included with your luxury loos?
Every package includes full-service delivery and pickup, professional setup, climate control, refined interior and exterior lighting, and all stalls fully stocked with paper goods and hand soaps.
What power and water requirements are needed?
The unit requires access to a dedicated 110v power circuit and a standard garden hose connection. For events in remote locations, we can provide generators and onboard freshwater for an additional fee.
